Flexible Water-Activated Foam Sealant

SealBoss® 1570 Water Stop Foam, when combined with 15x Accelerator, creates a versatile, water-activated, hydrophobic grout and foam sealant. This MDI polyurethane-based product is 100% solvent-free and consists of 100% solids. The gel-time of this solution can be adjusted as needed by incorporating a specific percentage of 15x Accelerator.

When exposed to water, 1570 Water Stop Foam transforms into a flexible foam that expands its volume by 30 to 40 times. The resulting material maintains a constant volume, and since water is not part of its foam structure, it remains unaffected by water or dry conditions. The reacted material neither shrinks nor swells.
