Tomkins Commercial was awarded the design and construction for RISE Apartments, Maroochydore.

Rise Maroochydore is a new development on Sixth Avenue in Maroochydore, just a minute’s walk to Cotton Tree and the emerging Maroochydore City Centre currently under construction on the Sunshine Coast. The 12-storey development houses 48 units with two and three-bedroom apartments, along with the four-bedroom penthouses.

There is also a single-level basement, 2 levels of above-ground car parking and resident facilities including a café, fitness room, swimming pool and BBQ terrace.
